ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT

The Downtown Enterprise Entertainment District (DEED) allows guests age 21 and older to carry alcoholic beverages in an approved container within the boundaries of the district during designated days and times.

 

The DEED shall only be operative and in effect during the hours of 11:00 am to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, and 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm on other days of the week, except Sunday. The Council reserves the right to extend or reduce the hours when the DEED shall be operative.

 

At any time, the Chief of Police, shall have the authority to temporarily close the DEED or portions of the district.​​
