The next Municipal Election (city election) is scheduled for Tuesday, August 26, 2025. 

If a run-off election is necessary, it will be held on September 23, 2025.

Voting is a wonderful privilege that provides us the opportunity to elect leaders that represent our ideas and make changes for a better city, state, and country.  As citizens participating in the democratic process you can help improve the quality of life for yourself and future generations.  Find helpful links below to learn more about the upcoming elections.

CITY OF ENTERPRISE ELECTED OFFICIALS

The governing body of the City of Enterprise, Alabama consists of five (5) council members and a mayor.  The city is divided into five (5) voting districts with the geographical area of each district shown on the City of Enterprise Voting District Map. 

CITY COUNCIL :
•    DISTRICT 1 - Sonya Rich
•    DISTRICT 2 - Eugene Goolsby
•    DISTRICT 3 - Greg Padgett
•    DISTRICT 4 - Scotty Johnson
•    DISTRICT 5 - Turner Townsend

Public Affairs & Strategic Advocacy is a key priority of the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce as part of its annual program of work.  The Chamber has organized a Public Affairs Committee that is focused on empowering our members by providing information, opportunities, and a voice for initiatives that align local businesses and government to stimulate growth in all aspects of the community through strategic and collaborative advocacy.

 

  Important components to achieve these goals include:

  • Supporting open communication and regular interaction between the Chamber, its members, and elected officials.

  • Promoting educational opportunities and providing access to information that encourages members of the Chamber, as well as other members of the community, to mobilize and become actively engaged in the democratic process.

MEET THE CANDIDATES

Peanuts & Politics is a candidate forum that provides all qualified candidates seeking elected office an opportunity to introduce themselves and briefly share details of their goals to help lead our community.  This event is open to the public. Registration is required due to capacity.
