Event Details for Vendors

Please share this information with anyone that will be participating at your vendor booth/space on the day of the event.

Thank you for your participation in the 2021 Boll Weevil Fall Festival, hosted by the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce! As of right now, the weather conditions are favorable enough to proceed with our original date.  If anything changes we will update you as soon as possible.  Meanwhile, we have compiled a list of helpful tips and reminders for event day:

Event Date:        October 16, 2021

Weather Date:  November 6, 2021

                                   

Festival Hours: 11 am to 4 pm                                               

 

Location:             Downtown Enterprise, Alabama

 

Streets:                N Main St, S Main St, E College St, and W College St (surrounding the Boll Weevil Monument)

GPS address: 101 S Main St, Enterprise, AL 36330

 

Parking:              

NO PARKING ON THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS WILL BE PERMITTED. Please be advised that there is a new City Ordinance in place that states all vehicles left on the festival grounds without permission will be towed at the owner’s expense. Only approved and authorized vehicles will be allowed. All vendors must unload items in vendor  designated space or spaces, and immediately park vehicle off event grounds. Vendor Setup Time:    9 am to 10:45 am

*If you need additional assistance visit the Chamber Info Booth at the corner of E College St                                    and N Main (by the WVVL 101 building).

 

Vendor Breakdown Time:    4:00 pm to 5:00 pm

*The streets will reopen immediately at 5 pm*

 

ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO STAY FOR THE FULL DURATION OF THE EVENT. NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE STREET UNTIL 4 PM.

 

Vendor Setup Areas:  

Vendors will be provided the amount of space(s) in which they signed up for. 

  • General Vendors (ex: Arts & Crafts, Commercial, Civic, and Non-Food) will be                                                                    provided approximately 12’x12’ of street space.

  • Food Vendors will be provided approximately 10’D x 20’W of street space.

 **Vendors that have registered for multiple spaces will be grouped together** 

 

VENDORS are responsible for bringing their own tent, tables, chairs, etc.  All items must fit within the confines of your space.

 

N and S Main Vendors 

Will be lined up back-to-back down the middle of each street. Your vendor service space should face the existing businesses.

 

E and W College Vendors 

Will be lined up near the curb on each side, and should face the center line/opposite side of the street.

 

Electrical:             

Only previously approved vendors will be provided outlet access. Please wait for an Official from the City of Enterprise, or a member of the Enterprise Chamber Event Staff to  show you which outlet to use.

*Bring your own outdoor extension cords as noted in the Rules and Regulations.  Additionally, you are required to tape down any cords that are in the public walking  space; bring your own duct tape. 

**DO NOT TAMPER WITH THE OUTLETS**

 

Check-In/Info: 

The Information/Check-In Tent will be located on the corner of E College St and N Main Street if you should have any questions during the event.

 

Sales Tax:             

You are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax.  Download forms below.

Food Vendors:    

All Coffee County Health Department and Enterprise Fire Department requirements must

be observed. Additionally, all food vendors must comply with the regulations of the recently adopted Food Truck Ordinance.

RULES:     

All vendors have signed and returned a copy stating that they are aware of all rules and regulations of the festival, and will abide by them.  If a vendor is found to be in violation of any of the rules and  regulations, they will be removed from the event and excluded from  future events hosted by the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce.  To review, copies of the  applications can be viewed below. 

*We are not accepting new applications for 2021.

COVID NOTICE:  

Masks are encouraged when interacting with people from other households. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the festival grounds for public use.  Vendors are encouraged to post notice in a location visible to patrons regarding mask requirements, and payment options (Ex: NO Cash Sales or Contactless Payment Only or Mask Required).  All vendors are required to have hand sanitizers at their booth  space.  Additionally, all vendors are encouraged to make every attempt to sanitize their booth space in between customers.  The event organizers are taking as many precautions as we can to protect you, the patrons, and ourselves. 

 

Advertising:       

The Enterprise Chamber of Commerce is actively promoting this event in as many ways as we can to help you have a successful day! We have purchased radio ads, billboards, newspaper and magazine ads.  Additionally, we have created and promoted the event on our social media outlets and website.  There will also be 2 LIVE remotes from local radio stations during the event.

 

Please visit our Facebook page or search for 2021 Boll Weevil Fall Festival.  We strongly                                                encourage you to share this event on your own social media outlets (Facebook, Instagram,                                    Twitter, etc.) to maximize exposure.
